About the job
This role will give you the opportunity to be part of important development initiatives within the exciting area of MarTech, to develop our future digital marketing & communication in all digital channels. You will create long term visions and concepts that connect technical possibilities with user demands and business needs, that will take our marketing & communication possibilities to the next level. You will coordinate and have the umbrella perspective on initiatives that include several channels and/or our present focus areas within MarTech: Content Management, Marketing Automation and Virtual Assistants & Voice. Looking into new technical areas and ways of working together with your colleagues and stakeholders, to identify possibilities that should be prioritized.
Who are you?
You have deep knowledge and understanding for marketing & communication in the digital era and previous experience from working with MarTech with focus on user concepts and technical realization. You have a deep technical understanding and experience of the Marketing Technology area and the opportunities it provides. Since this role is both strategically and tactically oriented, you are comfortable with digital methodologies that support everything from innovation and exploration to agile and implementation.
You have an insights first mindset and you enjoy change and transformation. You are also innovative, curious and flexible but have a methodical way to validate the outcome of your explorations. You believe in an agile way of working with focus on step by step deliveries and continuously learning and improving.
Finally, perhaps the most important thing, you love team work and believe that cross functional collaboration is key for high quality results.
