This is an opportunity to be part of our ambitious new marketing team. You will be part of the transformation towards a future-proof marketing playbook that will increase engagement and deliver world-class customer experiences for our B2C and B2B customers and prospects.
Your focus will be on Private banking, working closely with the business segment to identify business opportunities and create new marketing communication ideas for our customers. You will be the creative innovator who develops new concepts and set the go-to market plans for both new and existing products, in both digital and traditional channels. Furthermore, you ensure alignment with SEB's overall brand and communication strategies. To do this, you will need to be able to predict changing customer demands, use emerging technology tools and embrace data-driven working methods in everything you do.
The role will involve strategic as well as operational work and hands-on routines. Because you will be handling multiple initiatives simultaneously, you will need to be able to adjust and optimize continuously, as well as plan ahead for your area in close collaboration with the rest of the team and organisation.
You will report to the Head of Corporate and Private Customer Marketing.
Have you got what it takes?
We are looking for someone who thinks beyond the obvious answer and are always looking for new solutions. You are excited by the challenge to develop new concepts that engage our customers and are keen to understand what drives them. You are a natural problem solver with proven leadership experience. You have a track record of creating innovative marketing activities and have the executional power to make them happen.
Using the latest technology is something you take for granted and you thrive on having data to chart your course. Your previous experience includes working with marketing automation and digital marketing. Strong verbal and written skills in both English and Swedish, is a must. You enjoy working in a high-paced environment with a variety of tasks. You possess business acumen and the ability to incorporate business insights into your daily work. A background in marketing towards consumer is a prerequisite and a minimum of three years' experience of a similar role. You have an academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or another relevant field.
