About the job
As HRBP you are responsible for capturing and translating business needs to people needs in order to successfully implement, drive and coordinate HR processes, solutions and activities. You drive and develop the HR agenda in close partnership with business management teams and engage relevant HR colleagues in collaboration to create value for the business. You also take an active part in influencing the HR business plan and in the development of new HR solutions and service deliveries in a proactive way.
You will report to Head of HR at Technology, Business Support & Operations and Group Staff where you will be part of an HR Solution Team consisting of other HRBPs and HR professionals from different HR competence areas. Together we support organizations of altogether approximately 5 500 people.
Your home base will be our modern office premises in Arenastaden in Solna/Stockholm, but this is an international environment where the main part of the staff you will support is in Stockholm, Vilnius and Riga.
Who are you?
Your background may be multiple HR disciplines or business leadership where you have practiced HR as a manager. Consultancy background and experience of advisory in the people area are other plausible backgrounds. The job means a combination of translating business strategies to people implications as well as coaching, advising, developing and consulting managers both as individuals and teams.
We expect you to have a proven track record to drive change in a complex environment through involvement and collaboration. Experience of labor law is a plus. It is strongly meritorious if you have experience from data analysis in purpose to contribute to the overall picture and a proactive thinking, in order to provide support in the best way possible.
HRBP is a leading role where the ability to simplify what's complex through communication, presentation and facilitation skills are needed. Other important abilities are to build trustful relationships and network as well as information and knowledge sharing. Prerequisites also include excellent command of the English language, as well as fluency in Swedish. We promote virtual meetings at SEB, however regular business travel may be needed.
