About the job
At SEB we want to ensure that all our employees experience SEB as a good and fair employer and we strive to support our managers in matters related to developing and guiding their employees during their employment at SEB. This new group of Employment Specialists will work operationally and provide their joint expertise to our managers when there is a need for change in the employment relationship, such as meeting the requirements for the position, restructuring or to help the employees to find a more suitable position. You will play an important role in this centralised team located in Arenastaden, Solna, with the purpose to guide managers in different processes to ensure that SEB complies with labour law and collective agreements. You will work in collaboration with the business, our Head of Labour Law and Union Relations, other HR colleagues and the unions.
Who are you?
You have a strong passion for what you do, a high level of integrity, a delivery-oriented mindset and the ability to build relationships and advise the organization by contributing with your expertise and drive. You are a positive team player, able to balance business and legal requirements and contribute to ways of working and process development. You have a relevant university degree and probably five to seven years of experience from similar roles within HR and/or labour law management. You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
