We are now looking for a candidate with cutting-edge competence to be our new Digital Marketing Optimizers focusing on SEM towards corporate & private customers.

The Challenge

This is an opportunity to be part of our ambitious new marketing team for corporate and private customers. You will be part of the transformation towards a future-proof marketing playbook that will increase engagement and deliver world-class customer experiences for our B2C and B2B customers in our digital channels.

You will be responsible for optimizing the digital customer channels, resulting in a lead generation that will help increase sales. You will also have a key role in our work with SEM. Furthermore, you will lead an agile virtual team, act on business needs, try new creative concepts and take actions found in e.g. digital analysis in close collaboration with our digital sales team. To do this, you will need to be able to predict and identify changing customer demands and behaviours to optimize in real time, use emerging technology tools and embrace data-driven working methods in everything you do. You will also execute the creative marketing concepts for new and existing products in the digital channels.

The role will involve operational, hands-on routines, as well as some tactical planning. Because you will be handling multiple tasks simultaneously, you will need to be able to adjust and optimize continuously, as well as plan ahead for your area in close collaboration to the rest of the team and organisation.

You will report to the new Head of Corporate and Private Customer Marketing.

Have you got what it takes?
We are looking for someone who thinks beyond the obvious answer and are always looking for new solutions. You are excited by the challenge of optimizing our digital channels, having the same KPI's as digital sales as you generate the leads for the digital sales team to convert and increase sales. You are a natural problem solver with proven leadership experience. You have a track record of creating innovative digital marketing activities and have the executional power to make them happen.

Previous experience in using CMS, ability to do own analysis in adobe and a deep knowledge in SEM is a prerequisite. Using the latest technology is something you take for granted, and you thrive on having data to chart your course. Your previous experience includes working with marketing automation and digital marketing. You possess business acumen, and the ability to incorporate business insights into your daily work.

To be successful in this job you have a proven track record of understanding the customers digital behaviour and understand the digital sales process to attract and generate leads. You enjoy working in a high-paced environment with a variety of tasks. A background in marketing towards consumers, as well as small and medium-sized businesses, is a prerequisite. You have an academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or other relevant field.
