As Swedish Product Manager you will take on a key role in defining, growing and implementing the Fischer Medical product portfolio. You will be a part of an out most talented team and work closely with the sales force located in Denmark. You will have a large say in how to grow the business in Sweden, along with which initiatives to follow and which to leave behind - all based on your experience and your strong existing relations with KOL in the Swedish orthopedic society.
You will have the customers' needs as a constant focus to maintain, and develop, it through identifying, developing and nurturing relationships with KOLs. You will be promoting and advising on products, participating in conferences, organizing meetings and product training in Sweden.Your tasks include:
Strong communication and networking skills, with a business mindset, durable self-planning skills and a focus responsibility.
- Build a market strategy – how to gain market share for Fischer Medical in Sweden.
- Continuously develop and maintaining strong relations with hospitals, KOL and costumers.
- Being responsible for the Swedish market, including its growth and support.
- Deliver on and lead all activities related to the entry of new products into the market to ensure growth of our business.
- Participate in relevant congresses and meetings.
- Be responsible for Swedish tenders and presentations.
- Share best practices of your region with the rest of the sales team.
- Being close to the market through frequent and consistent contact to hospitals in Sweden.
You have a background as a nurse and been working within orthopedic sale for +5 years, or alternatively have 5 – 7 years of marketing experience in a product management and sales position, also in an orthopedic context. You will ideally be located in Stockholm, nearby Stockholm or Mid East part of Sweden.
You are equally comfortable working on the strategic as well as the operational level. You're able to think long-term, and act with a hands-on approach in the field. Your networking skills are as strong as your communicative skills. You are fluent in both written and spoken Swedish, have a solid English skillset and find Danish/Norwegian easy to interact with. You are a motivating colleague, a team player, with a keen eye for details and a structured and result-oriented working style.Fischer Medical
