Join us in building a healthy, sustainable future for our consumers across EuropeAs a Brand Manager, Froosh, you are responsible for managing and developing the Froosh product portfolio together with the Category and Brand Director based on the brand plans, working closely with the commercial and innovation teams across the Nordic countries. You work with the whole process of new product launches, from sizing new market opportunities to tactical launch support and continuous portfolio analysis.
Your main responsibilities are product portfolio management where you initiate and run new product and portfolio development and optimization projects based on research and data as well as input on market or channel specific requirements. You are responsible for product lifecycle and performance analysis of the different product categories across the Nordic countries. You will be creating product development briefs together with Brand and Category Director, producing launch decision materials and launch packages ensuring that the different markets have correct, updated tactical materials to support new launches. You will oversee product and packaging development and package design. You will be responsible for brand budgets and their effective allocation as well as delivering high class material to support sales. You will manage product design briefs, ensuring correctness of packaging, sign offs, labels etc, and manage the process within the set timeline. With high focus on continuous evaluation of brand, product and campaign performance you are expected to further improve performance of the current portfolio as well as identify opportunities and initiate innovative ideas that have potential to drive future profit growth. What you'll bring to the team
We are looking for someone with 5 years of experience in similar role with proven record of project management, preferably within international medium to large enterprises. You are systematic and persistent by nature and have good people skills. We expect you to have experience from working with FMCG or similar businesses, you are innovative and passionate about brand. You enjoy using data and research to find actionable insights leading to business opportunities.
You are a strong self-starter and team player with a feeling for the details that makes a difference for trade and consumer. You make things happen and you have a proven track record of past success. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English are required, as well as good presentation skills. Nordic language skills are an asset but not essential. We expect you to hold a Master's degree in a suitable field.
