Are you fluent in Slovene as well as French, Spanish or Italian? Do you know your way around a phone, enjoy giving great service and is looking for a new challenge in a growing company with an international profile? If so, this could be an exciting opportunity for you!

The main tasks for you will be to answer incoming phonecalls and emails from EasyParks Slovene customers regarding all matters considering their parking services. You will also help the Spanish, French or Italian markets with their customers. You will be EasyParks ambassador and first point of for the customers who you will be in contact with daily. This includes customer support, handling of incidents and continuous administration of current issues. Your most important task will be to give the great service that all Easypark customers deserve.

EasyParks Customer Care is open weekdays, 9.00-17.00. This is a full-time position and you should be available to start as soon as possible.

To be a good fit for this role you are service minded, responsible, can take own initiative and feel comfortable working with a telephone. You will naturally treat every customer in a great way and if you have prior experience working in Customer Care it's a bonus, but not a requirement for this position. The pace can vary in the day of a Customer Care Representative and you are used to taking initiative to use the time efficiently when dealing with more intense periods as well as when to work load is lower.

EasyPark has their head quarter at Värtahamnen in Stockholm, with customers in several different markets, including Slovenia, Spain, France and Italy to name a few. You will work in a team working with these markets, but your focus will be on Slovenia, as well as at least one other country. Because of this, a requirement is that you speak fluent Slovene as well as French, Spanish or Italian (as well as English for internal communications in the office). Swedish, Norwegian or Danish is a bonus but not a requirement.
