The Job Responsibilities
Dräger Nordic is searching for a new Service Support Dispatcher to our great team within the Medical segment. This position will be placed in our office in Kista (Stockholm). You will be a part of a Nordic Services common support unit and this role will belong to a Nordic distributed team supporting each other with best practices and workload balance. You will report to our Nordic Service Support Manager and closely cooperate with the Nordic Hospital Service manager and the service technicians. In this role you will also have extensive direct contact with our customers.

You will in this role mainly support the Swedish hospital service business and market and your main tasks is primarily handling customers interactions via phone and email, service order handling within SAP, planning and dispatching of service orders, invoicing, maintenance of contracts/installed base and service quotations.

Your Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
  • A higher education from university or college within relevant fields.
  • A few years experience in a service support function, or within administration.
  • Earlier experience from service delivery and support functions
  • Excellent administration, organizational skills and telephone skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in both Swedish and English in both writing and speaking, further knowledge within the Nordic languages is qualifying.
  • Experience with MS Office package, previous experience working with SAP is qualifying.
