Dometic is looking for our next future talent(s) to join the Dometic Team and have a unique Key Account Manager program to offer the newly graduated student. The program is intended to give your career added momentum at just the right time - maximizing the business skills you've gained so far, adding more to your repertoire and equipping you to make success internationally.

Our Exciting Opportunity

The KAM program implies three different
phases in which you will get different trainings and mentoring. After completion of the two first phases you will get the title Junior KAM. During such phase you will mainly focus on hunting new business leads, negotiating agreements, decide the product assortment - all to support our profitable expansion within the Retail segment.

You will be responsible and fully accountable for your designated international customer accounts along with supporting the other team members with their tasks - building together is a core value for us at Dometic and one of our most important fundaments for our success today and tomorrow. Extensive travel will be a natural part of your day to day work.

You will be located at our Headquarter in Stockholm, Solna and report to the Head of Retail Northern Europe in Finland.

You will
  • Become the world champion in sales
  • Hunting new customer accounts
  • Accelerate sales development by presenting our added value, negotiating and closing new
  • Have the full responsibility for the accounts in your customer portfolio and assure we have the best terms and conditions
  • Assure to feed the team with good business leads and overview the status of our ongoing negotiations
  • Be travelling to all the countries in your area of responsibility
What you will need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you need to have a great hunger to:
  • Build strong business relationships and alignments with external and internal partners/customers and achieving authentic sales and account development
  • Drive strategy and change while implementing, analyzing and reporting on numerous concurrent projects
  • Willingness to learn and further develop both yourself as well as contributing to the team development
  • Education: Minimum B.Sc. in Business (required)
  • Proficient English and Swedish language, verbal and written (required)
  • Additional Nordic languages are meriting
  • Experience from the whitegoods or e-commerce sales are meriting
  • Good knowledge in the Microsoft Office (required)
  • Flexible to travel (required)
  • Valid European driving license (required)
