Primarily you'll have responsibility for internal IT. Our teams are cross-functional with a mix of developers, medical doctors, QA engineers, data scientists, UX experts, product managers and customer support. You'll report to our Co-CTO Sonja.How you'll help us radically improve healthcare:
Doctrin is expanding rapidly in the Nordics and international markets. Our team has grown and we need dedicated internal IT support. You will make sure that the teams have the IT infrastructure they need, support them with networking, OS, installation of new computers, management of accounts, access to our systems and so on.Your responsibilities will include:

- General IT Support
- Infrastructure at Doctrin offices
- Stability and security of networks
- Maintenance of supporting systems
- Purchasing hardware
- Installation of OS/other software
- Managing FTP servers
- License logging and maintenance
First, you are a person that wants to radically improve healthcare just as the rest of us at Doctrin! To successfully navigate the role, you should have knowledge in the following:
If you also have experience in working with any of the following, it gives you an extra edge:
- OS (Mac, Windows and Linux)
- Windows server
- Networks and network security
- Encrypted communication
- File transfer protocols
- Scripting and automation of IT support tasks
