Our support to the organizations range from resolving strategy issues to assistance with implementation of complex transformations that often include major business-driven IT changes.

In Sweden we support clients from strategy to implementation in developing an HR function that delivers high impact and value to the business and overall organization. This could result in setting strategies, defining operating models and governance structures, as well as optimizing processes, capabilities, ways of working and digitalization through HCM and workforce management transformations.

Practitioner – HR Transformation / Strategy
We are looking for an experienced HR Transformation practitioner to lead and deliver HR transformation projects for our local and international clients across various industries.

Senior Practitioner – HR Transformation / Strategy
We are also looking for an experienced HR Transformation senior practitioner to sell, lead projects, and deliver large scale HR Transformations for our local and international clients across various industries. We expect that you are interested in and want to support us in developing the Future of Work and how this will affect the future HR functions.

We are looking for someone who would like to join us on this journey and that have:
Practitioner:

• A few years (3-5) of work experience
• Experience in project delivery, project management, and supporting sales
• Experience in coaching more junior members of the team
• A relevant university degree in business, HR, or similar
• Excellent written and verbal ability in Swedish and English
• Fits in our culture of caring for and supporting each other

Senior Practitioner:

• At least 7 years of work experience
• Experience in sales, bid management, project management and leadership
• Experience in networking and public speaking
• Experience in coaching and mentoring
• Experience from management consultancy
• A relevant university degree in business, HR, or similar
• Excellent written and verbal ability in Swedish and English
• Fits in our culture of caring for and supporting each other
