Deloitte Financial Advisory is a global M&A adviser and is currently investing in building a leading unit that specialises in the financial services industry. You will be joining the Nordic Financial Advisory team and although our clients will primarily be based in this region you will be part of a European-wide network of industry experts with a truly international atmosphere. This will give you a great opportunity to explore the M&A market and the financial services industry from an international perspective. We are looking to occupy junior positions - new graduates as well as professionals with a few years of relevant experience. Your tasks and responsibilities will be scalable with your capabilities and ambitions and you will be constantly challenged to learn new skills and come up with new ideas. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to be involved in a variety of financial advisory services, such as M&A advisory, financial due diligence, capital structure advisory and balance sheet optimisation.Your qualifications
To become a part of the Nordic Financial Advisory team we expect that:
- You hold a relevant Master’s degree
- You have preferred relevant work experience from professional advisory services such as a corporate finance or a top tier strategy consulting firm (for new graduates this is preferred but not essential)
- You are solution-oriented, structured and able work under pressure with tight deadlines
- You have excellent numeracy skills with keen attention to detail
- You have proven research skills and possess solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- You naturally interact with people and are motivated by expanding your network
- You have good communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing
- You are ambitious, have a strong drive and a desire to perform well
You will be based in the Deloitte Stockholm office, however, travel will be required across the Nordic region.About Deloitte Financial Advisory
