You will become part of our Joining & Leaving team, which has end-to-end process ownership of the employee experience of joining and leaving Danske Bank. We play a key role in building our future capabilities and delivering on our business ambitions.
Danske Bank established a dedicated talent acquisition function a little more than a year ago, and we are now in the process of maturing our function. You will be based in Stockholm as part of a growing International Talent Acquisition team covering Sweden, Finland, Norway and Lithuania.
Focus on end-to-end recruitment
You'll spend most of your time recruiting for all business units in Sweden, where we have substantial and diversifying recruitment needs. Thus, you project manage your requisitions with an eye to the candidates' and the hiring managers' needs at all times. You do this by ensuring a market-driven and outside-in approach where you challenge and advise the hiring manager throughout the process.
In your daily work you will conduct interviews, assessments and reference checks. Another important part of your job is to conduct start-up meetings as a basis for a sound talent acquisition strategy, as well as writing compelling ads and engaging relevant networks in the attraction effort. To succeed, you need to have the ability to structure your own work and work independently.
You will work closely with your local Talent Acquisition colleagues to improve the joining experience in Sweden and beyond. It is also important that you are a good communicator, both verbally and in writing.
You have relevant university degree and talent acquisition experience –from an in-house function or an agency. Fluency in Swedish is a pre-requisite to be successful in this role. However, Danske Bank's group language is English so you need to be able to use English seamlessly in your work as well.
