If yes, then we have a great opportunity for you.The Strategy Team for Business Customers is now looking for a strategy consultant.You will coordinate or be part of strategic initiatives stretching across all Nordic countries and you will primarily report findings to senior management of the bank's Business Customer segment. You will also conduct reviews of existing strategies, plans and activities, to secure business relevance.
As a Strategy Consultant, you are expected to coordinate initiatives and take on business critical responsibilities. We expect you to have great collaboration, relationship building and communication skills. Even if most of the work is structured around teamwork you have the aptitude to work freely and are keen on taking own initiatives.
You are an expert when it comes to making fact-based, intelligible, and visually pleasing PowerPoint presentations. You have a proven skill to support decision-making and create stakeholder buy-in by being a trusted advisor. You are experienced in working with senior leadership. You also have an ability to work effectively at all levels of large organisations, with solid social skills, and an talent to keep a holistic view and still have an eye for details.
Qualifications and RequirementsWe expect you to have experience from project management and the ability to move a multitude of parallel initiatives forward, while handling deliverables and meeting deadlines. You also have the ability to articulate compelling PowerPoint presentations based on storyboarding methods and high-quality Excel, data management and analysis skills. Good communication and social skills are important, and you are flexible working in an international environment. We also see that you have:
- A university degree - Master of Science/Business Administration or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience from management consulting, corporate strategy or similar with a proven experience of delivering complex projects or business transformation
- Experience from working in the financial industry
- Fluent in Swedish or Danish and English
