Senior Consultant - Business Customers Transformation

The banking industry is currently undergoing fast changes and Danske Bank is changing with it. Are you ready to play a central role in Danske Banks transformation journey? If yes, then we have a great opportunity for you.

Driving the transformation agenda
As a Senior Consultant you will be driving the transformation agenda across the organisation and you will be working with initiatives stretching across all Nordic countries, local Strategy Execution Teams and in close collaboration with our development landscape "Better Ways of Working" (BWoW). You will transform our strategy, into tangible themes and initiatives and communicate our transformation agenda clearly. You will also ensure continuous management buy-in and traction, communicate transformation agenda and target state to the organization.

Additionally, you will work with the integration between BWoW as well as other units in the Bank, monitor and follow-up of the transformation progress and orchestrate central and local change management and training.

Finally, we are looking for someone who can collaborate with Local Business Customers Strategy Execution & Support Teams.

This position can be based in Stockholm or Copenhagen.

We expect you to lead initiatives and to be taking on business critical responsibilities. You also have excellent collaboration, relationship building and communication skills. Even if most of the work is structured around teamwork, you have the ability to work independently and are keen on taking own initiatives.

You are structured and analytical in your work, a solid communicator and great at making presentations. You are experienced in working with senior leadership and you have an ability to work effectively at all levels of large organisations, with strong interpersonal skills. You have the ability to keep a holistic view and still have an eye for details. You are a quick learner and eager to expand your knowledge.

You have a mind-set to drive change and bring a positive energy to a team with a can do attitude. You are inspiring and visionary, yet present yourself with clarity, integrity and humility. You have a sound business understanding, a notable career development and a strong academic record.

Strong frontline experience, combined with change management skills
We expect you to have 3-5 years of experience from working with business development; as a strategy consultant, project manager, and change management consultant or similar. You bring knowledge from the frontline, preferably from working with the frontline of the Business Customers segment or projects related to the frontline. You are fluent in English, both in speech and in writing. It is an advantage to have some international and financial work experience.
