WM Process Office is driving Danske Bank, Wealth Management towards adapting the approach and business model to match the ever-growing customer expectations and regulatory requests. As a unit, we are responsible for the investment and pension processes for all markets in the bank. Your day-today work will be to identify and execute on process and SOP documentation as well as to drive the process improvement agenda in the markets.
As we are supporting the Nordic markets, the right candidate can be located in Helsinki, Oslo or Stockholm.About the role:
We are responsible for the E2E process and SOP documentation, analysing and improvement throughout the value chain. Your day-today work will be to facilitating workshops with the SME to identify, analyse and execute on process improvement, integrate a data-driven approach, ensuring the advisory instructions and linking the process landscape to the customer touch points as well as the business risk.Your profile:
- Proven Process Improvement skills
- BPM, Robotic, STP working experience
- Good stakeholder skills
- Great communication skills, especially in written English
As a person, you are result-oriented, collaborative and analytical with a high level of energy. You have excellent people skills, eager and motivated to driving customer experience to a higher level. Most important – you are an executer who knows how to get things done. As we are responsible for the entire Nordic area, solid English-skills is required.Interested?
