About the job
My name is Mika Burman Götz and I am looking for a Head of Lending within the area Business Development. Business Development is the entity within C&PC responsible for the development of products and services to small and medium sized corporates and private customers. In this role you will be responsible for developing and refining the lending product portfolio to fit business strategy and customer offerings. You will also be responsible for securing product compliance with legislation and regulations. The development of products and services is performed according to agile principles.
You will be heading a team of about 20 employees including one team manager and his team. You are expected to practise a leadership based on empowerment and involvement. Furthermore you are expected to drive continuous change and apply new ways of working in order to develop the future business.
Who are you?
To be successful in this position, we believe that you have a strong driving force to achieve result, an analytical mindset and experience of driving change. You have solid leadership experience from managing high profile and skilled teams of professionals. Furthermore you have the ability to inspire, challenge, coach, lead and empower people. You have a very good understanding and long experience of the banking industry in general and of the products and processes within the lending area in specific. In addition you have experience and knowledge of working with technical development and agile methodology.
As a person we believe you are an ambitious and delivery focused self-starter with a great interest in people. You have a strategic perspective and great cooperation and communication skills with the ability to build long term relationship with a wide range of stakeholders. You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
