About the job
My name is Mika Burman Götz and I am looking for a Chief Information Officer within the area Business Development. Business Development is the entity within C&PC responsible for the development of products and services to small and medium sized corporates and private customers. In this role you will be responsible for the CIO function, ensuring that the function contributes to the realization of C&PC´s strategic investment plan and drives the division´s transformation in terms of agile methodology and set up. You will be responsible for securing the CIO function's collaboration with other business areas within C&PC as well as with other relevant stakeholders in SEB. The role has a responsibility for ensuring that activities are carried out in accordance with laws and regulations.
You will be heading a team of about 10 employees and you are expected to practise a leadership based on empowerment and involvement. Furthermore you are expected to drive continuous change and apply new ways of working in order to develop the future business.
Who are you?
To be successful in this position, we believe that you have a strong driving force to achieve result, an analytical mindset and experience of driving change. You have solid leadership experience from managing high profile and skilled teams of professionals. Furthermore you have the ability to inspire, challenge, coach, lead and empower people. You have a very good understanding of the banking industry and experience of the products and processes within the same. In addition you have experience and knowledge of working with technical development and agile methodology.
As a person we believe you are an ambitious and delivery focused self-starter with a great interest in people. You have a strategic perspective and great cooperation - and communication skills, with the ability to build long term relationship and to create results together with a wide range of stakeholders. You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
