About the job
SEB Kort is on a journey transforming the business based on new competition and shifted customer demands. As a Channel Manager, your responsibility is to develop the mobile and desktop channel and to deliver an excellent customer experience.
SEB Kort is a fully owned subsidiary of the SEB Group with approx. 600 employees operating in Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
The Private Segment in SEB Kort, consists of approx. 50 highly skilled employees, is serving about 1.5 million private card holders across the Nordics. We are among the leading partners in the Nordics for co-brand solutions and also have a strong own brand (Spendwise and Eurocard) as well as SEB portfolio. Our business model is being transformed to better match customer expectations of convenient payment and financing solutions for everyday spending.
We are now looking for a Channel Manager responsible for managing a competitive channel offering and continuously improving the customer experience through development, based on market and customer insights and needs.
The role is both strategic and operative, and you will drive and participate in many interesting development initiatives to create our future digital offering. You will transform customer and business needs into digital solutions and ensure an excellent experience in the digital channels for our private customers. Together with stakeholders you will analyze, design and develop digital solutions and you will also be responsible to lead and coordinate cross functional teams to secure a common business prioritization of the backlog to reach set goals for the mobile channels.
You will have shared responsibility for the digital offering in the private segment along with another team member. You will be an important resource in SEB Korts' current and coming Agile Release Trains.
Who are you?
To be successful in this position you need to have a deep knowledge about how the digital channels support the customers' ambitions and you need to be passionate about change and digital transformation. You are technically oriented and have a deep understanding of the technology that creates app and web experiences. You are curious with an innovative mindset, self-motivated, initiating and flexible and like to be part of a high speed and dynamic organization. Finally, perhaps the most important thing, you consider yourself to be a doer with focus on delivery with high quality. You are fluent in written and spoken English and at least in one of the Nordic languages.
