In the role as Sr. Manager Business Controller you will significantly contribute to Coca-Cola's Finance Function Vision to be a valued business partner guiding strategic decisions, delivering superior customer service and driving long-term profitable growth. The purpose is to develop and increase general efficiency and profitability. Your responsibilities include providing support and developing reports, KPI:s and tools to monitor and evaluate the company's performance.

Your challenge
  • Analyze, find and support improvement areas in profitability and efficiency e.g. in FMCG through conversion rates, sales and pricing at company, country and store level.
  • Develop tools and reporting to increase understanding of the revenue, volume and profitability for channels, customers, brands and packages.
  • Cooperate and work closely with the Swedish Sales Team, Product and Marketing team and be responsible for monitoring the different businesses, sales channels, product groups etc. by analyzing complex data and providing pedagogic and understandable reports.
  • Translate business strategies into concrete financial information, scenarios and deliverables for the monthly forecast, Long Range Plan and the Annual Business Plan.
  • Support the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closing process.

Your Background

For this position, we are looking for a person with an academic degree in finance and at least five years of experience from working with financial analysis and business controlling. You have an interest in and experience from working with business controlling as well as analysis of large amounts of data. Previous experience from FMCG, as well as knowledge of SAP are considered assets. You have an advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge and are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
