Your role

You will be working in an international environment and be the person managing the product offering. Your products are a key part of the Atlas Copco market leading offer of air and electric drives. In the role you will have great influence over how we shape our product offer in the coming years. You will also drive and coordinate marketing and customer related activities.

You will be part of the global marketing organization and work in close collaboration with a dedicated R&D team, communications specialist, business development managers reporting to the IDS Business Manager. The position requires global travelling.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Develop and coach local product managers and sales engineers to ensuring that the right competences are in place
  • Be the specialist on how your products apply to customer applications, documenting and sharing best practices to the customer centers globally
  • Responsibility of a product range involving product planning, requirement handling and pricing
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of competitors product portfolio
Your qualifications

To suceed in this role we believe that you have several years of professional experience within automotive. We also believe that you have a Bachelor or Master's in Engineering or Marketing. You have a strong technical interest that you want to combine with sales and marketing. As a person you are result driven with strong analytic skills with the ability to understand the bigger picture and still care for details. Spoken as well as written English is a requirement for this role. Knowledge in German or any other Nordic language is seen as a plus.
