Cerner Sweden is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Regional HR Partner position. As the Regional HR Partner, you will be responsible for facilitating HR processes including performance management, compensation management, recognition, position management and personnel financial plan management for the Nordics region
You will collaborate with HR centers of excellence, finance, and business leaders to develop and manage workforce strategies. In this role, you will facilitate local administrative tasks including resolving associate benefits and compensation issues, facilitating onboarding activities and managing other employment matters within the region.
As the Regional HR Partner, you will be driving tactical interactions between HR and the business and be responsible for driving corporate, regional or local human capital projects.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Psychology or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least two years HR generalist work experience
At least two years Employment Law experience
Fluent in Swedish and English
Experience working with a US-based company
Finnish language is beneficial
Willing to work overtime or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
Ability to travel occasionally (up to 20%)
