Your area of responsibility:
The M&A team in Stockholm is looking for an ambitious and highly qualified individual. You will among other things be responsible for following tasks:
- Full responsibility for entire parts of the M&A process
- Lead the teams that are working with different projects
- Preparing and delivering client presentations
- Drafting pitches, confidential Information memoranda, management presentations and lender presentations
- Coordinate due diligence on the transactions together with external advisors
- Attend client meetings and help build and develop client relationships
- Ensure that the team is flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Coaching and mentoring of first year analysts and associates
- Successfully completed university degree in business administration and economics or engineering or other related discipline with an emphasis on economics and finance with excellent academic performance
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in the area of investment banking/ corporate finance/ M&A
- In-depth knowledge in the areas of business evaluation, financial reporting and M&A specific instruments
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills as well as team spirit
- Qualified knowledge in the field of accounting
- Excellent spoken and written skills in English (German and additional languages is an advantage)
- Professional skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
