Would you like to work with some of the brightest developers in Stockholm? We are now looking for a team manager for Team Z, one of our teams within Accounts & Core Ledgers department in Stockholm!

About the job
Team Z is part of the Technology area Cash Managements & Loans. The area consists of about 350 dedicated employees and consultants that provide development and maintenance to deliver world class service to our clients. As team manager you will be responsible for 12 highly skilled Cobol developers, both employees and consultants.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
  • Drive the software development and maintenance / life cycle management, and in partially our Agile journey forward together with your employees and colleagues cross-functionally.
  • Be responsible for the team and work in close cooperation with other teams within the department as well within the area, business and operations
  • Have full staff responsibility for employees whom you will lead and motivate, help to grow their skills and competences.
  • Be part of the management team for the Accounts and Core Ledgers department and work both strategically and operationally with change management and staffing.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, you are a committed leader with a passion for change management and with a proven record of building teams. You are experienced in managing IT development in a complex, fast changing and agile environment. As a leader you are inspirational, motivating and committed and have the ability to spread enthusiasm to your team. We think that you have a pragmatic approach towards problem-solving.

You have a technical background, preferably experience in working hands-on with mainframe or similar platforms. Experience of working with Financial products will be

meritorious but not a requirement. Furthermore, we think that you have excellent capabilities to engage people and build relationship - you have strong communication skills. You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
