As a Recruiter at Flowbox your main task will be to headhunt, attract and hire talent from all over the world with focus on engineering. You will be responsible for the whole hiring process; sourcing, interviewing, and closing new talent, but also optimizing the employer branding and onboarding of new colleagues. Flowbox is growing fast, and since you will own the hiring process you will work closely with the managers as to help scale the teams. As of today, the recruitment process is carried out by the managers for each team. This means you will be responsible to build, create and structure the recruitment process together with the managers.
To get a deeper understanding of the business and challenges you will work closely with the managers for each team around the world, in order to help Flowbox stay at the forefront of tech innovation.Formella krav
- At least 4 years of tech recruitment experience
- Experience in coaching, supporting and challenging management and leaders in important hiring decisions
- Experience of sourcing, interviewing, and closing top engineering talent
- Fluency in English and have at least basic knowledge in Swedish
