This is a fulltime consultant position that lasts for 6 months with good chances of being extended or being recruited directly to EasyPark.

EasyPark is a tech company that offers parking services to make life easier for people by car. Their parking services is available in more than ten countries and hundreds of cities around Europe. EasyPark was founded in 2001 but has been in its current form since 2012. Today, 350 people work with the parking service globally and the office in Stockholm has about 120 employees. EasyPark is characterized by a typical startup feeling with great opportunity to influence.

ArbetsuppgifterWork responsibilities
As Customer Service Agent you are responsible, together with your team, for both Italian and Slovenian markets. You work with incoming calls, emails and inquiries via social media. Your work responsibilities will include taking care of customers and provide the with support and information regarding the parking services. The cases you handle can, for example, be about the function of the parking services and how it is used. You are also involved in the work of optimizing and improving the processes. In this position you are offered development opportunities in the role and within EasyPark in the long run.

As Customer Service Agent at EasyPark you are working in a creative environment and you are welcomed to provide input and ideas on how the processes, work and communication can be constantly improved.

Formella krav
Education, experience and personal characteristics
  • High-school level education
  • You are fluent in both Italian and Slovenian, in addition to these language you are fluent in English
  • Experience in service or customer-oriented role
We think you are serviceminded and communicative in your contact with customers. You are a driven and independent person and try to solve tasks in the most efficient way. Furthermore, you are a teamplayer, with excellent communication skills, who prefer to collaborate with your colleagues. To succeed in the role, you are a goal-oriented and thrives with varied tasks.
