As an engineering manager at Advisa you work in close collaboration with the engineering manager and the CTO to drive the agil process to enable and secure the company's future digital development. You are responsible for one of the development teams with five people and act as a mentor for Advisas developers both from a career and a technical perspective. Your responsibility is to ensure the delivery of the team in daily work but, also to ensure that your team have the resources they need to meet requirements as well as handle requests for new projects. You are also in charge of recruiting new members to your team. Further on, you work in close collaboration with the product owners and other key stakeholders to build a scalable product that helps hundreds of thousands of Swedes lowering their interest rates.

Education, experience and personal characteristics
- A minimum of 4 years of work experience as a front-end developer, product owner, scrum master, tech lead or similar roles with a front-end focus
- Previous experience from a leading position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge in React, ES6, CSS, HTML5 and some Angular.js
