ArbetsuppgifterAs Customer Success Manager you will make contact and build relationships with pricing and sales professionals and C-level executives in major international companies. Your job is to create customer strategies and execute account plans. You will introduce complex solutions and discuss business development opportunities with high professionality and seasoned experience with Vendavo clients.

Your primary responsibilities are to build strong customer relationships and manage key accounts. In order to do so, you will learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the company technology and solutions as well as consultancy services - and articulate capabilities and advantages to prospective customers, as well as existing clients. Furthermore, you align with services managers and work closely with the project and consulting teams to identify client needs, improve customer satisfaction and create new opportunities.

You will provide baseline targeted research on business issues and conditions, impacting targeted accounts - profile key contacts and be able to identify and, and other critical account information, prior to marketing campaign execution and outbound prospecting.

In addition, you will be involved and contribute to every component of the critical functions associated with fulfilling the sales cycle and long-term account management (e.g. forecasting, reporting, customer database maintenance and data entry, correspondence, and communications).

Formella krav
  • Minimum 5 years experience in account management or other strategic customer-facing work
  • University degree or equal qualification
  • Fluent in English Knowledge
  • Experience in selling system solutions
  • Experience of working in a tech consultative role
  • Knowledge of business intelligence systems
  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions
  • Fluent in German and French is a strong advantage
