The company is growing and are now searching for their next Business Development Representative for DACH.

ArbetsuppgifterIn the role as Business Development Representative (BDR) you will be focusing on driving outbound lead generation for the DACH region. Your main area of responsibility will be to generate new leads and work proactively with conducting outbound prospecting activities. Using multi-channel prospecting tools such as phone calls, email and LinkedIn. Furthermore your responsibility includes assisting your colleagues at sales in building a pipeline, book meetings, conducting early-stage qualification meetings. You work towards clear individual KPIs and targets. In this position it's important that you take the initiative to further develop the BDR team. As a BDR you have a crucial and highly valued part in the sales machinery.

You work in an international, modern and digital working environment. The team has a great spirit with ambitious colleagues.

Since the role includes a big amount of contacts with new people you are social, outgoing and like to work together with others. You have a thoughtful manner when it comes to building relations and creating businesses. You are independent and stay motivated in spite of challenges and make sure to follow through until you reach your goal. You consider yourself a "hunter", a natural go-getter with a passion to drive new sales.

Formella krav
  • A university degree
  • 3 + years sales experience in the B2B field within Marketing Services or MarTech
  • Native German and English (both verbal and written)
  • Basic understanding of Marketing fundamentals in order to comprehend and service the customers needs
  • Excellent planning and execution skills
  • Meritorious if you have experience of SaaS
