Om tjänstenThis is a consultancy position with good possibilities of leading to a permanent position. In the position you will be hired by Bravura initially but SWECO have the intention of hiring you in the future. This gives both you and SWECO the possibility to get to know each other and evaluate your cooperation.

ArbetsuppgifterIn the position as application support specialist you work with second line support against approximately 15 000 users in a global organisation. You receive tickets thru the service system ServiceNow and the tickets will be more complex. An example of a ticket is that you handle a function in Basware, that doesn't work, which also demands a more advanced troubleshooting. Du will support the users in five different systems, for example, Basware, Maconomy and Pagero. Finally, you handle documentation, update manuals and test new releases.

You work in a team of seven persons and work together to ensure a good service towards the Sweco-organisation users.

Formella krav
  • We think you have one of the two following backgrounds;
  • A couple of years experience working with Basware Purchase to Pay within economy
  • Educational background in IT with experience of working as in support towards Basware
  • Huge interest in IT
  • Fluent in English, Swedish is seen only as an advantage
  • Good knowledge in Basware and Office
  • Experience working in Maconomy or travel billing system is seen as an advantage
In the position as a application support specialist you have a lot of contacts with users at Sweco and therefor it is important that you are comfortable with this and can take responsibility for dialogues. Furthermore, you are motivated by taking on- and solving problems and can give first class service to end users. Finally, you are a person who is comfortable with taking responsibility and has a good structure in your work.
