Om företagetEasyFlat is a corporate housing company that helps both national and international companies find accommodation for their employees while they are working away from home. They offer affordable apartments primarily in Stockholm, Linköping and Uppsala, but they can always help their customers find accommodation in other Swedish cities as well. To keep a consistent great standard of their accommodations they thoroughly check all the apartments before and after a rental period.

EasyFlat's mission is to deliver outstanding corporate housing solutions for companies and welcoming accommodation to their guests. They have 140 free standing apartments and villas as well as two apartment hotels. You and two other Account Managers constitutes EasyFlat's sales team.

ArbetsuppgifterYou are, as an Account Manager, responsible for keeping EasyFlat's units booked by actively finding customers, handling incoming bookings and administrate the booking process. The position is also responsible for maintaining good relationships with customers and the overall market. You contact existing customers via email and phone and negotiate prices and terms with both new and existing customers. The role also includes booking units for customers in their booking system, coordinating bookings and prices with the finance department and coordinating maintenance activities with the maintenance department. You report to the Operations Manager but is coached on daily basis by the Sales Team Lead.
EasyFlat is now broadening their target demographics by looking for customers in markets where they are not active yet. Your focus is therefore both maintaining good relationships with existing customers and finding new customers through market research in, for instance, websites, search engine databases and other registers.

Formella krav
  • Work experience in sales from the corporate housing or hotel industry
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written, other languages are strongly meritorious
