Your role

You will be an important part of a Global Shared Services (HR Operations), together with 4 colleagues. You will handle and develop the administrative HR-processes independently as well as in the team. You will be a part of Bonava’s journey to further digitalize the HR processes and work with implementing more modules into our existing HR system Successfactors. Furthermore, you will have a broad, administrative role where you administer the HR system Successfactors, handle payroll material and approve payroll, administer benefits, insurances, annual pay reviews and employment agreements. You will support employees, managers and local HR via phone, email and face to face. The support will primarily be for the Nordic countries. In this position you will have multiple contact areas internally and externally, therefore it is important that you are service minded, responsive and comfortable with communicating in English.

Your profile

You probably have at least two years’ experience within HR Administration, System Administration or similar positions within a large company. It is an advantage if you have experience from working in an HR Shared services, preferably against the Nordic markets. It’s a merit if you also have a bachelor’s degree within HR, Economics or Administration. You are independent, structured, take initiative and have an analytical mindset. You are curios, like changes, and want to develop. We also hope that you have an interest in different types of system and the digitalization process. We hope you are comfortable working in English, Swedish and any other Nordic languages is appreciated.

Join our journey

When you join our journey, you will play an important role in changing the housing game. It’s a full-time position with start date in June where you will be hired by Studentwork and work as a consultant at Bonava for 15 months.
