The position

As an HR administrator you will be a part of the global shared service (HR operations) to develop the companys administrative processes within the HR area. You will be working with different HR task in Bonavas various systems such as the HR system Successfactors, digital archive, intranet and more. This includes administrate and adjust salaries and bonuses, archiving, updating employee data, support Bonavas employees regarding HR questions, as well as updating HR related content at their shared intranet. You will both get your own projects and give support to your colleagues when needed. The position will give you a network both inside and outside of the company therefore it is important that you are service-minded, observant and comfortable when communicating in English.

The profile

We think that you are currently studying within HR, labour law or other relevant topics at University level. We hope that you have previous experience from working with service or administration. We hope you have the ambition to grow and have a career within HR, combined with an interest for different systems and digitalization. As a person we think that you are curious, ambitious, positive and have prestigeless approach to tasks. The position requires that youre fluent in English and Swedish. We value knowledge in languages and If you speak a Nordic language other than Swedish, we find this positive.
