We are looking for a new colleague to our Customer Service team in our Construction Chemicals site in Rosersberg.
What you can expect
In this role, you will have an opportunity to be a proactive member of the Swedish construction chemicals sales organization, supporting the colleagues and the customers within your primary focus areas: customer support and logistics. You will get an opportunity through daily handling of customer dialogue to build and maintain excellent customer relations with BASF customers. You can develop your skills by problem solving and working closely with the sales team and sales process. You can expect a friendly and versatile workplace in a global company.
What we expect
We are looking for a team player with strong social competence who understands the synergies between a customer perspective and internal company processes. You have a highly service-minded attitude externally and internally as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You work in a structured and systematic manner, with good attention to detail and enjoy solving problems in a driven and creative way. Typically for this role you should be a natural multi-tasker with high stress tolerance.
We expect you have a minimum of secondary education with 2-3 years of experience from a similar position, alternatively that you hold a degree within logistics or related area.
In this role Swedish language skills are a must and we will also require that you are proficient in English (written and spoken). Good IT skills in MS Office package are important. If you have experience from SAP system (Order To Cash / invoice handling and vendor management especially), it is a big plus.
