We're expanding our business in Sweden and we're looking for a full-time Service Specialist to join our Service team to support our growth in new markets. You'll be offering first line support to our Swedish speaking customers. You can choose your home base between our Espoo and Stockholm offices ‒ your job can be done wherever preferred but travelling to our customers premises is needed every now and then. During the Covid-pandemic we mostly work remotely.

This is what you will be doing:

As a Service Specialist your workday consists of variable tasks, such as updating and checking ongoing support tickets, solving system errors in our software and answering to support calls. Our support tickets are mostly about hardware maintenance requests or questions related to our software, but also installations for our customers. While doing all this, you'll be documenting support solutions and writing instructions for future use.

We work closely with our team, but also very independently. Solving tasks can be hard sometimes, but together we can solve anything. We work closely with our developers and customers to solve mysteries and maintain a fully working system on patient flow. You'll be part of our Service team, even though other team members are mainly based in Finland.

To succeed, you'll be needing:
  • Experience in Linux environment, both in desktop and server, and command line tools
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking
  • Knowledge of SQL/databases and event logs
  • Fluency in both English and Swedish languages
  • Willingness to travel
We are looking for an individual who can work independently and in a team environment – a true team player, who shines under pressure. You are not afraid to take on challenges and perform as yourself in front of our customers. You are able to translate technical issues to our customers and help them to understand what the main issue was, even without a technical background.
