High Power Field Application Engineer

Location: Preferably working from one of our offices in Sweden (Kista or Göteborg). Home office is also an option. We will also consider candidates from other Nordic countries with the right qualifications.

About the job:

We are looking for a Field Application Engineer who will join our team responsible for the Nordic Market and work with our clients and vendors.

On daily basis you will guide and support our customers R&D and help them realize their innovative ideas within our High Power devices portfolio (SiC, GaN, MOSFETs & IGBTs). You will preferably live in Sweden and work based out of one of our offices in either Kista or Göteborg. We will also consider candidates from other Nordic countries with the right qualifications.

Responsibilities / Tasks:
  • Help development Engineers to select the right technologies and components for their next design.
  • Be involved in many different development projects of our customers
  • As a technical expert you will be responsible for preparing & conducting trainings, events and technical meetings with clients and suppliers,
  • Guide technical direction/ priorities based on suppliers shaping strategy and market situation.
Required profile:

Requirements / Nice-to-haves:
  • At least 4 years or experience in the similar area
  • Great with electronics and you love working with innovative technology that can change our way of living
  • Diploma engineer or equivalent within electronics.
  • Experience in analog electronic design and preferable also knowledge within High Power products as SiC, GaN, MOSFETs & IGBTs
  • Outgoing personality
  • Swedish & English language on fluent level needed,
  • Driving license and is prepared for travel activities in Nordic in connection with customer visits.
