We are now looking for a skilled Senior Key Account Manager who wants to take ownership of one of our most important customers within Foodservice and drive our joint business to the next level.

As Senior Key Account Manager at Arla, you will have the opportunity to work together with Sweden's largest wholesalers in the Foodservice industry. You will play a critical role in managing and driving our key customers and be a very important part of our Foodservice organization. With our cross-functional and competent Team, we are a highly valued partner in developing the categories and the sales to end users together with our wholesalers. Our broad product portfolio fills a large and important part in the Swedish Foodservice industry. About the role

In the role of Senior Key Account Manager at Arla, you are overall responsible for one of our most important customers and with support from different parts of the organization you will be responsible of delivering profitable growth together with your customers. You will have full P&L responsibility and take ownership and responsibility for the business.


Overall responsibilities include:
  • Develop customer strategies and identify, plan and secure implementation of activities in line with Arla's growth ambitions and that help drive category growth at the customer
  • Develop and build long-term relationships with the customer to drive profitable growth
  • Conducting negotiations at a central level
  • Be the internal expert on the customer and ensure commitment with the team to achieve the highest customer satisfaction via the best service
  • Ensure the flow of information on e.g. campaigns, news and changes in the range
  • Recommend customer products and service that benefit customer development
  • Optimize investments taking into account product mix and volume
  • Take ownership and responsibility for the business
You report to the Sales Director and the workplace is in Solna.


Your background
  • Demonstrable track record of exceptional performance in a commercial function within FMCG, experience from the Foodservice industry is a merit
  • Ideally sales experience, although exceptional candidates from other commercial functions would be considered
  • You are interested in, and have successfully demonstrated in the past, building strong business relationships
  • You get energy from delivering strong results, you are ambitious and love delivering ahead of expectations
  • You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and are comfortable working in both Swedish and English.
  • You have academic/higher education equivalent to Master's level
