This is an exciting position on a fast-growing market. You will be working in a small company which is part of a larger group with app. 40 years of experience within the automotive industry. One of your most important tasks is to develop and manage our network with a constructive and performance orientated mindset. Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Build new and develop existing dealers by personal visits (you are on the field 4 days/week)
  • Implement company policy (dealer standard, stock, marketing)
  • Monitor dealer performance (market share, volume, after sale)
  • Cooperate with Export Director regarding business plan, budget and strategic processes
  • Write and follow up sent quotations and contracts
  • Register sales activities in our CRM system and provide monthly sales forecasts and sales performance reports to our Export Director
The position is full time and you report to our Export Director who is based at our HQ in France. A home office, driver's license and a private situation that allows many days of travel is an absolute requirement. The main part, four days per week, are you visiting the dealer network. To be able to cover your district you must live in the area around Stockholm and be able to travel around the country.

Background and Personality
You have an upper secondary education and at least 5 years of resent experience in B2B field sales. Technical interest and understanding are a requirement and experience in sales of technical/ automated products (e.g. machines within agro, trucks, industrial and/or automotive) is meritorious.

You are sales minded, high-performing, hardworking and able to close deals. You have lots of energy, are able to think strategically, have good problem-solving skills and find it easy to communicate and build lasting relationships. You speak and write Swedish and English unhindered and manage all the MS Office programs.
