You will be working within a small team to primarily ensure that we minimize our credit risk and ensure all accounts are paid on time, maximizing our cash flow and preventing account arrears. You will also be managing and setting appropriate credit limits.
In your role as Senior Credit Accountant your main tasks will include:
- Accurately forecasting Cash Flow and DSO and fully reconciling these important KPI´s to actuals.
- Focusing on aged debt to determine bad debt provision
- Produce monthly KPI reports and confidently present to management and other stakeholders.
- Delegation of authority to approve all credit note requests and credit limit reviews in line with delegation authority matrix.
- Continually looking at process improvements to not only eliminate waste but to provide our customers with first class customer service.
- Delivering results on challenging targets and at all times following company policy and procedures.
- Point of contact for the Business around customer accounts and primary cover for Credit Manager.
You have knowledge of accounting and reporting and have good knowledge of customer accounts. We see that you have experience from credit analysis of companies and preferable college orientation economics or equivalent. You have good excel knowledge and experience with SAP is an advantage.
We are looking for candidates who are forward thinking and determined. Too succeed in this role we also see that you a very self-motivated person with good communication skills.
Swedish and English in speech and writing plus one in Nordic language (Norwegian, Finnish or Danish) is a must.
Furthermore, you will have contact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, so you need to have good collaboration skills as well.
