About the position
We are now looking for a Junior Sales Controller to Lenovo. As Junior Sales Controller you will support the Motorola Europe Sales Operations & Finance teams. They are very dynamic, and you will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the business, acting as a strategic partner for the Sales teams. You will become the bridge between Sales Operations and Finance functions. You will need strong analytical skills combined with strong business vision and genuine interest to provide meaningful analysis that support the business in making decisions.

Day-to-day responsibilities
  • Support the Nordics Country Managers and Sales teams in the day-to-day activities, ensuring efficient operation of the team
  • Analysis of reports and communication of key points to Sales and to other cross-functional teams.
  • Support General manager in preparation of key presentations to Europe and world wide leadership
  • Responsible for maintenance and analysis of client databases
  • Customer interaction, maintenance of contracts, discounts and rebate management and deal preparation
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business intelligence, financial analyst or other relevant areas with increasing responsibilities.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish (written and oral skills).
  • Expertise preparing and giving compelling presentations to diverse audiences
  • Strong business vision and ability to support sales teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills. Ability to analyze large amounts of data, transform it into relevant information for the business, and communicate critical information to different teams.
  • Advanced Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables) and PowerPoint.

You can work independently and find and communicate relevant information to the effected teams. You have the know-how and ability to explain how different strategies impacts the business and possible strategies to consider.

About the employment
For this assignment, you will be employed as a consultant by Adecco. The assignment will start immediately and initially run for 12 months. The assignment will be filled immediately, and we are therefore recruiting on a continuous basis during the application period.
