Internal Communications Lead to Ericsson

This is a temporary assignment starting immediately and will run for initial 6 months.

About the role

As the internal communications lead you will be responsible for activating the brand internally and create excitement among the employees. In order to do so, you will work closely with different teams within the organization to secure ongoing flow of relevant information. This includes but is not limited to:

• Maintain and evolve the annual communication cycle and coordinate the content creation
• Manage internal communication channels and communication of initiatives through different media
• Coordinate live events (e.g All Employee Meetings, All Leader Meetings, strategy cascading sessions)
• Evolve and develop the Sharepoint

About you
We are looking for a candidate with the following experience/attributes:

• University degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
• Proven experience of internal communication within global organizations
• Storytelling experience with digital communications, including live video broadcast
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
