Interim Sr Accountant

We currently have an exciting opportunity as Senior Accountant at Acne Studios in Stockholm. In this role, you will be the primary responsible for a set of international legal entities within the Group, of which one will be the French entity. Your workplace will be at Acne Studios' headquarters in the city center of Stockholm, where you will be part of a highly qualified Finance team. Since you will communicate and cooperate with colleagues in France, you will also get the opportunity to travel to the Paris office.

This is a temporary assignment of approximately 1 year starting in April 2021. For this temporary assignment you will work as a consultant via the recruitment company Human Capital, that we are collaborating with in this process.

Your challenge:
Direct responsibility for the day-to-day accounting i.e. general ledger entries, internal and external support, closing and reporting for the French and Italian division

• Preparing internal monthly and yearly reports and analyses as well as assist the auditors

• VAT and other statutory reporting

• Working with the Head of Global Accounting and CFO, delivering ad hoc analyses and proactive work to continually develop processes and systems

Your background:
To be selected for interviews it is a great merit to be fluent in French but most importantly to have relevant experience from accounting. We are looking for:

• At least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting

• 1-10 years of professional experience as a Financial Controller/Accountant

• Fluency in French is a merit and fluency in English is required

• Experience from French companies and knowledge in French GAAP, VAT and tax reporting is meriting

• Proficient knowledge in Excel. Experience from the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX is a merit as well as previous retail and/or e-commerce experience
