As a web analyst, you will collaborate with the web analysts across the company, marketing and various stakeholders including the KIDS Customer Experience team. You will analyze the customer's behavior in different digital channels to set strategies and actions to further develop our world-class customer experience, grow our customer base, maximize sales and profitability.

You will play an important role in the customer experience team where you will support through strategic interpretation of data and derived insights. You will also contribute with decision making, setting priorities and follow-ups. As a web analyst, you will derive a full overview (the full funnel) of the customer journey on hm.com.

Vi söker dig som
  • You have a degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar role
  • Experience in web analytics (or similar, CRO, Data analyst) working with different data sets and understanding performance drivers.
  • Experienced in web analytic tools for example google analytics, Data studio, etc.
  • Experience of working with e-commerce
