Our client has also a test, and if you get 9-10 on our test, you have a good chance to pass the " real" test.

This is a consultant assignment. Academic Work will be your employer and you will work as a consultant at our clients company. The assignment will be full time until 2021-04-21. There might be opportunities to be extended on the assignment, given that all parties are satisfied with the cooperation.


The People Experience Team needs an experienced senior consultant within compensation and benefits. We expect this person to have excellent project management skills, be process oriented and willing to work both operationally and strategically.

You will work with the team to improve and set up new strategies and processes for benefits and awards programs as well as reviewing and working with the compensation part of the promotion processes

For example you will :

Review existing processes and programs and develop processes/propose improvements in the area of compensation and benefits.

Suggest/Develop guidelines, policies, instructions in the area of compensation and benefits.
  • Knowledge of incentive programs and equity programs
  • Have the compliance perspective
Vi söker dig som
  • Minimum 2 years experience from a similar role
  • Fluent English skills in written and oral communication
  • Available to start ASAP
  • A resumé in English
  • Experienced in partnering with senior stakeholders
