Goalplan is a Stockholm based start-up, soon to be a scale-up. We offer a B2B SaaS-solution, and have users in ~10 countries on four continents. We are targeting large, distributed sales- and service organizations across the globe. In the Sales Development Representative role your primarily responsibility is customer prospecting and initiating new relationships with potential clients. As a SDR, you are the first point of contact for Goalplans sales efforts. Youll generate interest, and excitement for Goalplans product while creating a steady pipeline of new business to the sales team. As this is a new role, we expect you to be able to define and implement plans and processes for prospecting and lead generation.

In this role you will be
  • Identify prospects, their needs and appropriate stakeholders
  • Utilize Hubspot, LinkedIn, cold calling, email and social selling techniques to generate new sales opportunities for sales team
  • Schedule and execute meetings and generate new business opportunities to fuel company growth
  • Create, implement and test outbound communication to prospects
  • Be first line of communication with prospects and starting new relationships to grow Goalplans pipeline
  • Continuously provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of prospecting and sales cycle (utilizing the sales support system selected, currently Hubspot
Vi söker dig som
  • Experience of selling SaaS-services, software or similar solutions B2B experience on an international scene
  • Ability to speak with senior directors and C-level stakeholders
  • Genuine customer empathy
  • Organized and possess strong time management skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in fast paced and changing environment and a thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment
  • Good technical understanding and excellent presentation skills
  • You have worked with global, corporate customers, selling SaaS-services, software or similar solutions
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written. Swedish, Spanish, French, German, and/or Portuguese is appreciated
  • Preferably experience of Hubspot
  • Preferably experience of marketing automation, or similar approache
