Arbetsuppgifter

As Sales Coordinator, you will manage the full sales process and give world-class customer service. You will have contact with both new and existing customers who are architects, designers and commercial builders. Your work will mainly include the handling of their inbound requests, but also to initiate BAUX outbound sales and new contacts. Your tasks as Sales Coordinator will include:
  • Answering all incoming customer requests. The requests come mainly from email inquiries - but can also be coming through telephone calls
  • Handling all customers and leads in their CRM system, Salesforce
  • Supporting potential customers with excellent service along the full sales process (from incoming customer requests to sending samples, price quotations and placing the final order)
  • Managing and coordinating BAUX sample-send outs to clients all around the world
  • Coordinating meetings and booking sales presentations with the sales team
  • Contacting new potential customers to present BAUX and book presentations
  • Joining your team on sales presentations and representing BAUX on events and trade fairs around the world (when the pandemic is over!!)
  • Coordinating and assisting in general projects related to your field

For this role, we believe you are a few years into your career and eager to coordinate the full sales process. Furthermore, you are self-driven with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks. It is essential that you are service- and business oriented with a high personal maturity. You understand the spirit of entrepreneurship, and that we exceed in everything we do. We take responsibility for our own success and getting things done-and so do you.

To be considered for this role, you:
  • Have 3-5 years of relevant experience from a customer facing role within sales and/or customer support. (Of course, a combination of higher studies and part time jobs is also highly relevant)
  • Have experience from working in CRM-systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Are a natural organizer and love to coordinate and collaborate with internal and external peers
  • Are not afraid to lift up the telephone and make a cold call to a new customer
  • Have professional written and oral communication skills in both English and Swedish
Extra points if you also:
  • Have experience working in international environments.
  • Have a genuine interest in design and architecture.
