Academic Work is looking for a recruitment researcher on behalf of our client who is a music streaming company. We are looking for you who is an expert in researching. In this role you will support Recruiters who is handling all Product hiring within the specific organization in the "Consumer Business Unit", by focusing 100% of their time sourcing and screening candidates at various levels within the Product domain.
The Consumer Business Unit is responsible for the consumer experience and these Product roles are highly attractive on the market, but our client is competing with the biggest and best companies out there and have a very high bar. Quality will be incredibly important, but they do need to maintain a high volume of candidates during this period.
We are looking for someone who can handle high volume researching, has a very strong work ethic, is creative and is ready to put their head down and plough through. Our client is sourcing across the world and their candidate pool is global so experience with global recruitment processes is a must.
Arbetsuppgifter
As a Recruitment researcher, you will work with searching for candidates, screening and potentially doing a first "pitch call" with candidates, after that the recruiter will then take over and do a recruiter interview and manage the process with our stakeholders and close any recruitment process. It is imperative that you are creative and have experience with sourcing outside of LinkedIn, and what our client would ideally like to see is someone with an already built up network of Product Managers at various levels. This is not a recruiter role, it is purely sourcing.

1-3 years have previous experience with sourcing for technical/engineering roles, and specifically with Consumer facing roles in Product companies.
You feel comfortable handling high volume recruitment.
Experience with international recruitment (including relocations between different countries)
Strong personal drive to deliver results, innovative mindset, and communicative skills
