Our customer is now looking for someone who can lead a recruitment project immediately and 6 months ahead. As an HR project manager, you will mainly coordinate a recruitment team but you will also recruit. The tasks include having contact with managers to book interviews, manage recruitment processes from start to finish and work to ensure that the project goes in the right direction. You will be responsible to set and drive the plan including all the activities that are needed to achieve the teams goal. In order to succeed in this role, we want you to have good experience of leading and coordinating a team in a fast-paced organization. You also need to have good experience in all parts of the recruitment process.
As a person we see that you are confident in yourself accustomed to working with experienced managers. You are professional, communicative, flexible, service-minded and structured. Above all we see that you are self-driven.
The persons we are looking for should have experience and good knowledge of the following:
- Minimum 5 years experience in recruiting
- Experience within onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the specific hiring needs
- Awesome stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple recruitments at once and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
* We find it extra interesting if you have experience of managing a HR project or have experience of leading a team.
