You will join the team and support with creating structure around Policies and guidelines for the domain.

For the best fit for this role you will be a HR generalist that has been involved in policy work etc. on previous assignments. Additionally to this you are a really good project coordinator/manager since you will need to own your own project and coordinate with other teams.

Our client has also a test, and if you get 8-10 on our test, you have a good chance to pass the " real" test.


* Responsible for completing tasks that have been assigned to our team in relation to the remuneration policy.

  • You get more than 7 on our test
  • Excellent written and communication skill in English.
  • It is also a great plus if you have worked with audits before but this is not a requirement.
